Dnes u\u017e se na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed v\u00ed a snad v\u0161ichni rozum\u00ed tomu, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1 milovat tak\u00e9 s\u00e1m sebe. \u017de ka\u017ed\u00fd je do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry egoista. A \u017ee je to tak zdrav\u00e9 a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9. Bible zde p\u0159edb\u00edh\u00e1 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 potvrzuje poznatky hlubinn\u00e9 psychologie &#8211; \u017ee nen\u00ed l\u00e1sky bez sebel\u00e1sky. Ob\u011b formy l\u00e1sky jsou toti\u017e nerozlu\u010dn\u011b spojeny.<\/p>\n<p>Pro sebel\u00e1sku je velice d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 i sebep\u0159ijet\u00ed\u00a0 a sebev\u011bdom\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Co znamen\u00e1 sebep\u0159ijet\u00ed? P\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1m se takov\u00fd, jak\u00fd jsem, se v\u0161emi sv\u00fdmi klady a z\u00e1pory. Nesrovn\u00e1v\u00e1m se &#8211; nad nikoho se nepovy\u0161uju, p\u0159ed nik\u00fdm se neponi\u017euju! V\u017edycky budou lid\u00e9 (v rozli\u010dn\u00fdch oblastech) jak nade mnou, tak pode mnou. Povy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed se vede k\u00a0p\u00fd\u0161e, se v\u0161emi bolestn\u00fdmi d\u016fsledky p\u00fdchy; poni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sama ve vlastn\u00edch o\u010d\u00edch m\u016f\u017ee skon\u010dit a\u017e u depres\u00ed&#8230;Jsem origin\u00e1l, a m\u00e1 smysl, \u017ee jsem pr\u00e1v\u011b takov\u00fd! To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee se nesna\u017e\u00edm pracovat na sv\u00fdch ne\u0159estech. Ale nehrout\u00edm se pod nimi, n\u00fdbr\u017e krok za krokem pracuji na tom, abych je p\u0159eklopil ve ctnosti \u2013 v\u00a0dovedn\u00e9, kter\u00e9 vede ku prosp\u011bchu m\u00e9mu i cel\u00e9ho ve\u0161kerenstva.<\/p>\n<p>Sebev\u011bdom\u00ed znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00edm, kdo jsem, jak\u00e9 jsou m\u00e9 klady a z\u00e1pory, v\u00edm, kde se nach\u00e1z\u00edm a tak\u00e9 to, kam bych se cht\u011bl dostat. V\u00edm, jak\u00e9 touhy vych\u00e1zej\u00ed z\u00a0m\u00e9ho srdce, a co je pouze z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed ega. Um\u00edm takt\u00e9\u017e s\u00e1m sebe a v\u0161echno, co jsem dok\u00e1zal n\u00e1le\u017eit\u011b ocenit!<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0oblasti sebel\u00e1sky je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 tak\u00e9 um\u011bt p\u0159ij\u00edmat l\u00e1sku druh\u00fdch. V\u017edy\u0165 znovu a v r\u016fzn\u00fdch situac\u00edch tou\u017e\u00edme po pocitu, \u017ee jsme p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1ni a milov\u00e1ni. Dob\u0159e v\u00edme, jak na n\u00e1s p\u016fsob\u00ed povzbudiv\u00e9 slovo, mal\u00e1 chv\u00e1la \u010di uzn\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jak teda nakonec na sebel\u00e1sku? M\u011bjme se z cel\u00e9ho srdce r\u00e1di, mysleme na sebe, ale nezapom\u00ednejme p\u0159itom i na\u00a0 pravidlo, abychom bli\u017en\u00edm d\u011blali to, co m\u00e1me r\u00e1di sami (a ned\u011blali \u00a0to, co nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 n\u00e1m). A tak\u00e9 se dr\u017eme jedn\u00e1n\u00ed ve stylu prosp\u011bch \u2013 prosp\u011bch.
