Vymezen\u00ed prostoru, kter\u00fd pot\u0159ebuju ke spokojenosti a optim\u00e1ln\u00edmu fungov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0rodin\u011b i ve spole\u010dnosti. Vymezen\u00ed toho, kam a\u017e ten druh\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt, a toho, kam u\u017e ho nepust\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/strach4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-829 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/strach4.jpg\" alt=\"strach4\" width=\"276\" height=\"183\" \/><\/a><b>5)\u00a0\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Z<\/span><\/b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>\u00e1<\/b><b>kon motivace: <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed motivace ve vztaz\u00edch je motivace na z\u00e1klad\u011b l\u00e1sky projevovan\u00e1 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm skutk\u016f l\u00e1sky neboli slu\u017eby. Motivace<b> <\/b>na z\u00e1klad\u011b strachu nen\u00ed v\u017edycky to nejlep\u0161\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1m i br\u00e1nit v\u00a0nastaven\u00ed zdrav\u00fdch hranic. Pat\u0159\u00ed sem n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9 motivy:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">A) strach ze ztr<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00e1<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ty l<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00e1<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">sky:<\/span><b> <\/b>vznik\u00e1<b> <\/b>v\u011bt\u0161inou v\u00a0d\u011btstv\u00ed, kdy l\u00e1ska byla nespr\u00e1vn\u011b podmi\u0148ov\u00e1na poslu\u0161nost\u00ed a v\u00fdkonem<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">B)<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> strach z hn<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u011b<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">vu druh<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00fd<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ch:<\/span><b> <\/b>vlivem vnit\u0159n\u00edch zran\u011bn\u00ed a propustn\u00fdch hranic n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 nesnesou, aby se na n\u011b druh\u00fd zlobil.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">C) strach ze samoty:<\/span><b> <\/b>ustupov\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00fdm proto, \u017ee chci z\u00edskat l\u00e1sku a ukon\u010dit tak svoji osam\u011blost. Mnoho lid\u00ed neum\u00ed \u0159\u00edci: \u201em\u00e1m t\u011b r\u00e1d, ale tohle neud\u011bl\u00e1m.&#8220; Mysl\u00ed si, \u017ee milovat znamen\u00e1 v\u017edycky \u0159\u00edkat \u201eano&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">E) pocity v<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">i<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ny:<\/span> jedn\u00e1 se o snahu mnoh\u00fdch lid\u00ed m\u00edt ze sebe dobr\u00fd pocit na z\u00e1klad\u011b z\u00e1sluh. \u0158\u00edci \u201ene\u201c vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 pocit viny, p\u0159ipadaj\u00ed si \u0161patn\u00ed. D\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm si sna\u017e\u00ed zaslou\u017eit pocit, \u017ee jsou dob\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">F) spl<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00e1<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">tka:<\/span><b> <\/b>\u00a0vychovan\u00fd postoj, \u017ee za v\u0161echno, co jsem dostal, mus\u00edm zaplatit.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">G) souhlas:<\/span><b> <\/b>\u00a0pot\u0159ebuji uspokojit vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed po\u017eadavky, aby byl spokojen\u00fd vnit\u0159n\u00ed rodi\u010d, o jeho\u017e souhlas<b> <\/b>usiluji.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">H) nezdrav\u00e1 empatie:<\/span>\u00a0 c\u00edt\u00edm smutek druh\u00e9ho, proto ho nemohu odm\u00edtnout a rad\u011bji mu vyhov\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p><b>6)\u00a0\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Z<\/span><\/b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>\u00e1<\/b><b>kon hodnocen<\/b><b>\u00ed<\/b><b>: <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0tomto z\u00e1kon\u011b jde o ohodnocen\u00ed toho, co \u0161kod\u00ed a co prosp\u00edv\u00e1. Zp\u016fsobit bolest a ubl\u00ed\u017eit je n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. N\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u011bci mohou bolet<b>, <\/b>ale nejsou \u0161kodliv\u00e9, ba naopak pom\u00e1haj\u00ed (o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed zubn\u00edm l\u00e9ka\u0159em). Ve skute\u010dnosti pro n\u00e1s mohou b\u00fdt dokonce dobr\u00e9. A to, co se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt dobr\u00e9, n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee velice ubl\u00ed\u017eit (nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159em\u00edra sladk\u00e9ho). Stejn\u011b bolestiv\u00e9, ale prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 jsou i hranice. A to i v tom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy na n\u011b prot\u011bj\u0161ek reaguje ubl\u00ed\u017een\u011b nebo hn\u011bviv\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><b>7)\u00a0\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Z<\/span><\/b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>\u00e1<\/b><b>kon proaktivity: <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste n\u011bkdy potkali \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd po letech \u00faslu\u017enosti a poddajnosti za\u010dal b\u00fdt \u00fato\u010dn\u00fd a vy jste nev\u011bd\u011bli, s\u00a0k\u00fdm jste se to vlastn\u011b potkali. Je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee tento \u010dlov\u011bk se po cel\u00e9 roky p\u0159izp\u016fsoboval \u2013 pod tlakem vnit\u0159n\u00edho strachu (v\u00fd\u0161e jmenovan\u00e9ho) nebo p\u0159\u00edmo vlivem manipulac\u00ed, citov\u00e9ho vyd\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di a\u017e t\u011blesn\u00e9ho t\u00fdr\u00e1n\u00ed. Te\u010f si n\u011bjak\u00fdm z\u00e1sahem kone\u010dn\u011b uv\u011bdomil co je \u0161patn\u011b a jeho prvn\u00ed reakc\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vlna zlosti nad ztracen\u00fdm \u010dasem, kter\u00fd str\u00e1vil v\u00a0podru\u010d\u00ed manipul\u00e1tora.<\/p>\n<p>Zlost je v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b prost\u0159edkem katarze \u2013 o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. A f\u00e1z\u00ed \u00a0stav\u011bn\u00ed hranic reaktivn\u00edch. Pro ob\u011bti zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed je tato zlost a\u017e nen\u00e1vist d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, ale je t\u0159eba ji pro\u017e\u00edt a postoupit d\u00e1le &#8211;\u00a0 k\u00a0proaktivit\u011b. V\u00a0oblasti emoc\u00ed toti\u017e reaktivn\u00ed postoj p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty. Je t\u0159eba naj\u00edt sv\u00e9 hranice, ale d\u00e1le pokra\u010dovat v\u00a0duchu l\u00e1sky k\u00a0bli\u017en\u00edmu sv\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>A jak pozn\u00e1m proaktivitu? Proaktivn\u00ed lid\u00e9 v\u00e1m \u0159eknou co maj\u00ed r\u00e1di, co cht\u011bj\u00ed, o co usiluj\u00ed a za \u010d\u00edm si stoj\u00ed. Na rozd\u00edl od t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou zn\u00e1m\u00ed t\u00edm co nesn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed, co se jim nel\u00edb\u00ed, co nebudou d\u011blat.<\/p>\n<p>Je pot\u0159eba se dostat od t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed zneu\u017e\u00edvali, ale je tak\u00e9 pot\u0159eba postoupit d\u00e1le, nez\u016fstat v\u00a0postoji ob\u011bti.
