N\u011bkdy je skute\u010dn\u00fd, n\u011bkdy je jenom z\u00e1st\u011brkou jin\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f, proto\u017ee se stalo lacin\u00fdm zvykem pou\u017e\u00edt stres jako v\u00fdmluvu, kdy\u017e n\u011bco nefunguje. \u0160patn\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010dasu, ne\u0159e\u0161en\u00e9 probl\u00e9my v\u00a0man\u017eelstv\u00ed \u010di v zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, nevhodn\u00e1 strava, nedostatek pohybu, poruchy n\u00e1lady \u010di depresivn\u00ed stavy, \u00fazkosti, strachy a\u017e fobie, bolesti zad a spoustu dal\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f se p\u0159isuzuje stresu. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt pravda, ale ne v\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b a ne na sto procent. V\u0161echny jmenovan\u00e9 probl\u00e9my lze postupn\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161it &#8211; zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm odstranit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/stres1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-785 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/stres1.jpg\" alt=\"stres1\" width=\"274\" height=\"184\" \/><\/a>A tak se stres st\u00e1v\u00e1 zneu\u017e\u00edvanou fr\u00e1z\u00ed. Bohu\u017eel neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u011b. Vznik\u00e1 pak dojem, \u017ee stres nen\u00ed t\u0159eba br\u00e1t v\u00e1\u017en\u011b, co\u017e je chyba, proto\u017ee stres se skute\u010dn\u011b podepisuje velkou m\u011brou jak na zdrav\u00ed psychick\u00e9m, tak fyzick\u00e9m. Ka\u017ed\u00fd jsme jin\u00fd, m\u00e1me jin\u00e9 slab\u00e9 a siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky a co pro n\u011bkoho m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt hra\u010dkou, vyvol\u00e1 v\u00a0jin\u00e9m z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e na hran\u011b \u00fanosnosti. Sp\u011bch, hluk, mobiln\u00ed telefony \u2013 zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b ty chytr\u00e9 s\u00a0napojen\u00edm na PC; p\u0159em\u00edra informac\u00ed a po\u017eadavk\u016f jak v\u00a0zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, tak v\u00a0rodin\u011b \u2013 i t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 si nakl\u00e1d\u00e1me sami na sebe; to v\u0161e klade na t\u011blo i du\u0161i obrovsk\u00e9 n\u00e1roky.<\/p>\n<p>Existuje i pozitivn\u00ed stres, naz\u00fdvan\u00fd eustres . D\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1m chu\u0165 do \u017eivota, do nov\u00fdch akc\u00ed, zvy\u0161uje tvo\u0159ivost a vitalitu. M\u00e1 ale bratra, kter\u00fd se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 distres a vznik\u00e1 tehdy, kdy\u017e to, co d\u011bl\u00e1me, nebo m\u00edsto, kde se pohybujeme se pro n\u00e1s stane nesnesitelnou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed, ni\u010d\u00edc\u00ed t\u011blo i psych\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Jak vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z\u00a0v\u011bdeck\u00fdch studi\u00ed, distres je daleko nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e se d\u0159\u00edve p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dalo a hlavn\u011b se mu v\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b nelze dost dob\u0159e vyhnout. Proto je v\u00a0z\u00e1jmu zdrav\u00ed a kvality \u017eivota praktikovat metody, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s nau\u010d\u00ed stres zvl\u00e1dat a chr\u00e1nit se p\u0159ed negativy, kter\u00e9 jsou jeho d\u016fsledkem.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/stres3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-787 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/stres3.jpg\" alt=\"stres3\" width=\"258\" height=\"195\" \/><\/a>P\u0159\u00edznaky p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed stresem zahrnuj\u00ed psychickou, t\u011blesnou i spole\u010denskou oblast.
