Tento kapit\u00e1l neust\u00e1le roste a jeho procenta vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk pro sv\u016fj \u017eivot.<br \/>\n\u0160patn\u00fd n\u00e1vyk je naopak mravn\u00ed neproplacen\u00fd dluh, kter\u00fd st\u00e1le mo\u0159\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka procenty, a\u017e ho dovede k bankrotu. Kolik slibn\u00fdch za\u010d\u00e1tk\u016f a kolik skv\u011bl\u00fdch lid\u00ed padlo pod b\u0159emenem \u0161patn\u00fdch zvyk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/okovy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-776 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/okovy.jpg\" alt=\"okovy\" width=\"260\" height=\"173\" \/><\/a>Pro zachov\u00e1n\u00ed du\u0161evn\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy je velmi v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 odstranit ze sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota pokud mo\u017eno co nejv\u00edce vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch zlozvyk\u016f:<\/p>\n<p>Roz\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch n\u00e1vyk\u016f:<\/p>\n<p>1) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">V \u017eivotospr\u00e1v\u011b:<\/span> odkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed povinnost\u00ed na neur\u010dito, nadm\u011brn\u00e9 pit\u00ed k\u00e1vy, alkoholu, kou\u0159en\u00ed, p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed se.<br \/>\n2) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">V my\u0161len\u00ed a pozn\u00e1vac\u00edch procesech:<\/span> podce\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed se, tendence k racionalizaci, nesoust\u0159ed\u011bnost.<br \/>\n3) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">V citech:<\/span> zvyk zlobit se a roz\u010dilovat se pro mali\u010dkosti, strach jako zlozvyk, neadekv\u00e1tn\u00ed reakce na podn\u011bty.<br \/>\n4) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">V mor\u00e1lce:<\/span> neplnit dan\u00e9 slovo, ubli\u017eovat, pomlouvat aj.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1konitosti v\u00fdvoje zlozvyk\u016f (z v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 psychologie)<\/p>\n<p>1) \u010c\u00edm je \u010dlov\u011bk mlad\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm snadn\u011bji se upevn\u00ed jeho zvyky \u2013 dobr\u00e9 i \u0161patn\u00e9 (co nejd\u0159\u00edve za\u010d\u00edt s v\u00fdchovou dobr\u00fdch a odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm \u0161patn\u00fdch zvyk\u016f)<br \/>\n2) \u010c\u00edm je zvyk star\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm je pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a t\u00edm nesnadn\u011bji lze odstranit. \u0160patn\u00e9 zvyky je proto vhodn\u00e9 odstra\u0148ovat co nejd\u0159\u00edve \u2013 pokud mo\u017eno u\u017e v z\u00e1kladech \u2013 ne\u017e se upevn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Postupy pro odnau\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed zlozvyk\u016f<\/p>\n<p>1) <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si negativn\u00edho dopadu zlozvyku, jeho pln\u00e9 p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 intenzivn\u00ed motivace k jeho p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 trv\u00e1n\u00ed mnoha zlozvyk\u016f je zaji\u0161t\u011bno t\u00edm, \u017ee jejich nositel je s nimi spokojen, trp\u00ed je u sebe, nezam\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed se nad jejich negativn\u00edm dopadem ne sv\u016fj \u017eivot. Jejich existenci si u sebe rozumov\u011b od\u016fvod\u0148uje (racionalizuje). Kou\u0159en\u00ed mne uklid\u0148uje; n\u011bkolik skleni\u010dek nikoho nezabije; co z toho \u017eivota m\u00e1m, nemohu-li se po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b naj\u00edst; kofein mne vzpru\u017e\u00ed a zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed mi tlak\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Jde o to:<\/p>\n<p>a) Uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee nevhodn\u00fd n\u00e1vyk m\u00e1 v procesu chov\u00e1n\u00ed pro osobu sv\u016fj smysl, sv\u016fj v\u00fdznam (uspokojuje ur\u010dit\u00e9 pot\u0159eby on\u00e9 osoby) \u2013 mus\u00ed se nau\u010dit svou pot\u0159ebu uspokojovat p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b na ni rezignovat (tlak se d\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161it i bez kofeinu, \u017eivot u\u017e\u00edt jinak ne\u017e j\u00eddlem\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>b) Uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee ztr\u00e1ty zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 zlozvykem jsou (ka\u017edodenn\u00edm) podstatn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e do\u010dasn\u00e9 uspokojen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zlozvyk m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st.<\/p>\n<p>c) Uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee odstran\u011bn\u00edm ka\u017ed\u00e9ho nevhodn\u00e9ho n\u00e1vyku \u010dlov\u011bk z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st energie, kterou m\u016f\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edt ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p>2) <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">U\u010dinit pevn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed tyto n\u00e1vyky odstranit<\/span> <\/strong>(jasn\u00e9, kategorick\u00e9 nesmlouvav\u00e9) \u2013 boj na v\u00edce front\u00e1ch je nev\u00fdhodn\u00fd, proto je vhodn\u00e1 postupn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce. Jen slab\u0161\u00ed ne\u0159esti je mo\u017eno zdol\u00e1vat skupinov\u011b (n\u00e1vyk rozptylovat se, plan\u011b se roz\u010dilovat, nepravideln\u011b pracovat, nepravideln\u011b cvi\u010dit \u2013 paraleln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce).<br \/>\nPevn\u00e9 p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed by m\u011blo b\u00fdt formulov\u00e1no v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m osobn\u00edm hesle (nekou\u0159\u00edm) a m\u011blo by b\u00fdt zaznamen\u00e1no a zve\u0159ejn\u011bno mezi t\u011bmi, kdo s t\u00edm souhlas\u00ed a od koho je mo\u017eno \u010dekat pomoc a podporu \u2013 tj. ne\u0159\u00edkat je t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed v p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed stejn\u011b nev\u011b\u0159\u00ed a odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed jen podkop\u00e1vaj\u00ed.
