Zaujalo mne a tak jsem si \u0159ekla, \u017ee se chci s v\u00e1mi o tyto poznatky pod\u011blit v\u00a0podstat\u011b nezm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 form\u011b, proto\u017ee mi toto t\u00e9ma p\u0159ipad\u00e1 pro spoustu introvert\u016f u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/introvert.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-754 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/introvert.jpg\" alt=\"introvert\" width=\"300\" height=\"286\" \/><\/a>Autorka \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/vice.idnes.cz\/novinari.aspx?idnov=2267\">Marcela Svobodov\u00e1<\/a>\u00a0\u010dl\u00e1nek zve\u0159ejnila 17. 9. 2013 na \u00a0iDNES.cz.<\/p>\n<p>Extroverze a introverze pat\u0159\u00ed k z\u00e1kladn\u00edch osobnostn\u00edm rys\u016fm, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed (uv\u00e1d\u00ed se kolem 75 procent) pat\u0159\u00ed mezi extroverty. Tito lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed obecn\u011b r\u00e1di spole\u010dnost, jsou hovorn\u00ed a pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed dostatek vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podn\u011bt\u016f. Oproti tomu m\u00e9n\u011b spole\u010den\u0161t\u00ed introverti, kte\u0159\u00ed tvo\u0159\u00ed men\u0161inu, \u010derpaj\u00ed energii ze sv\u00e9ho vnit\u0159n\u00edho sv\u011bta a p\u0159em\u00edra vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podn\u011bt\u016f je m\u016f\u017ee vy\u010derp\u00e1vat.<\/p>\n<p>Jeliko\u017e je v\u011bt\u0161inov\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed pova\u017eov\u00e1no za norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, introverti jako men\u0161ina \u010dasto \u010del\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdm nar\u00e1\u017ek\u00e1m o sv\u00e9 odli\u0161nosti a mnohdy \u00faporn\u00e9 snaze sv\u00fdch nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edch, aby se za\u0159adili do spole\u010dnosti stejn\u011b jako extroverti.<\/p>\n<p>Podle Sophie Demblingov\u00e9, autorky knihy &#8222;The Introvert\u00b4s Way: Living a Quiet Life in a Noisy World&#8220;, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt docela t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 introverta odhalit a mnoho z nich m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dokonce zam\u011bn\u011bno za extroverta. Introvert toti\u017e nen\u00ed jen \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd tou\u017e\u00ed po samot\u011b, rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed je, zda ho nab\u00edj\u00ed nebo sp\u00ed\u0161e ub\u00edj\u00ed spole\u010dnost dal\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Doktorka Marti\u00a0Laneyov\u00e1, psychoterapeutka a autorka knihy &#8222;The Introvert Advantege&#8220;, u\u010d\u00ed introverty, aby p\u0159ij\u00edmali sami sebe takov\u00e9, jac\u00ed jsou, a nenechali se od extrovertn\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161iny stresovat jen proto, \u017ee \u010dasto reaguj\u00ed odli\u0161n\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>I p\u0159esto, \u017ee se introvertn\u00ed povahou zab\u00fdv\u00e1 st\u00e1le v\u00edce odborn\u00edk\u016f, z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u010dasto introverti nepochopen\u00fdm typem osobnosti. Do roku 2010 American Psychiatric Association dokonce pova\u017eovala introvertn\u00ed osobnost za poruchu uvedenou v Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-5) &#8211; \u00a0manu\u00e1lu pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9m na diagnostikov\u00e1n\u00ed du\u0161evn\u00edch nemoc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee pon\u011bkud nezapad\u00e1te do v\u011bt\u0161inov\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, p\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si, zda nepat\u0159\u00edte mezi introverty.<\/p>\n<h3>Zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 tlach\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1s otravuje<\/h3>\n<p>Introverti maj\u00ed a\u017e notorickou f\u00f3bii z nez\u00e1vazn\u00e9 konverzace. Ne\u00fa\u010deln\u00e9, bezd\u016fvodn\u00e9 pov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed u k\u00e1vy je pro n\u011b n\u011bkdy dokonce zdrojem \u00fazkosti, nebo je alespo\u0148 obt\u011b\u017euje. Pro mnoho tich\u00fdch typ\u016f m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt takov\u00e9 tlach\u00e1n\u00ed a\u017e pokryteck\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Chod\u00edte do spole\u010dnosti, ale ne kv\u016fli seznamov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Introvert zdaleka nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt jen \u00fapln\u00fd samot\u00e1\u0159. Pokud ale u\u017e jde do spole\u010dnosti, tak nejsp\u00ed\u0161 ne kv\u016fli tomu, aby poznal n\u011bkoho nov\u00e9ho. Na ve\u010d\u00edrku v\u011bt\u0161ina introvert\u016f rad\u011bji tr\u00e1v\u00ed \u010das s lidmi, kter\u00e9 u\u017e zn\u00e1 a c\u00edt\u00ed se s nimi p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b.<\/p>\n<h3>C\u00edt\u00edte se osam\u011bl\u00ed v davu<\/h3>\n<p>Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pocit osam\u011blosti i uprost\u0159ed davu lid\u00ed je dal\u0161\u00ed typickou vlastnost\u00ed introvert\u016f. Slavn\u00ed interpreti jako Lady Gaga, Christina Aguilera nebo Emma Watsonov\u00e1 se tak\u00e9 charakterizuj\u00ed jako introverti a p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b vysok\u00e9 procento lid\u00ed na t\u011bch nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch postech jsou rovn\u011b\u017e introverti. Ti\u0161\u00ed introverti jsou toti\u017e obvykle p\u0159itahov\u00e1ni k otev\u0159en\u00fdm extrovert\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed je podpo\u0159\u00ed v tom, aby se bavili a nebrali se tak v\u00e1\u017en\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Pro introverta p\u0159edstavuje takov\u00fd vztah spojen\u00ed s okoln\u00edm extrovertn\u00edm, tedy &#8222;norm\u00e1ln\u00edm&#8220; sv\u011btem.<\/p>\n<h3>Nezved\u00e1te telefony, ani od p\u0159\u00e1tel<\/h3>\n<p>Toto je velmi charakteristick\u00e1 vlastnost pro v\u011bt\u0161inu introvert\u016f\u00a0&#8211; \u010dasto nezvedaj\u00ed telefon ani od lid\u00ed, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed r\u00e1di. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b, kdy\u017e zrovna maj\u00ed svou chvilku, kterou cht\u011bj\u00ed tr\u00e1vit o samot\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161inou v\u0161ak zavolaj\u00ed zp\u011bt hned, jak jsou du\u0161evn\u011b p\u0159ipraveni a maj\u00ed dost energie na rozhovor.<\/p>\n<h3>V\u0161\u00edm\u00e1te si detail\u016f, kter\u00e9 ostatn\u00ed nevid\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Introverti maj\u00ed skv\u011bl\u00e9 oko pro detaily, kter\u00e9 ostatn\u00edm unikaj\u00ed.
