V\u0161e, co v\u00a0na\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b vy\u017eaduje zm\u011bnu a p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed &#8211; m\u00e9n\u011b \u010di v\u00edce obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt stresuj\u00edc\u00edm faktorem \u2013 hluk, zm\u011bny n\u00e1vyk\u016f, zaost\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed za druh\u00fdmi, h\u00e1dka, obchodn\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed\u2026V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b negativn\u00edho distresu ve skute\u010dnosti hovo\u0159\u00edme o \u00fazkosti.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/77899.w99.wedos.ws\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/stres4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-652 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/77899.w99.wedos.ws\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/stres4-300x224.jpg\" alt=\"stres4\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/stres4-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/stres4.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Stres je individu\u00e1ln\u00ed odpov\u011bd\u00ed na situaci, kter\u00e1 vybo\u010duje z\u00a0norm\u00e1ln\u00edho rytmu na\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3ny pohodl\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pokou\u0161\u00edme-li se vyhnout probl\u00e9mu, jen\u017e n\u00e1s tr\u00e1p\u00ed, c\u00edt\u00edme-li se znepokojeni kv\u016fli n\u011b\u010demu, co je mimo na\u0161i kontrolu, skr\u00fdv\u00e1me-li sv\u00e9 sou\u010dasn\u00e9 \u010di minul\u00e9 emoce a pocity\u2026<strong>objev\u00ed se stres.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pokud se nech\u00e1me zaplavit elektrizuj\u00edc\u00edm p\u0159\u00edlivem sv\u00fdch negativn\u00edch nekontrolovan\u00fdch podn\u011bt\u016f (strachem, pochybami \u010di hn\u011bvem); chceme-li p\u0159ed nimi ut\u00e9ct \u010di s\u00a0nimi bojovat (ani\u017e bychom to mohli ud\u011blat); c\u00edt\u00edme-li se neschopni jednat, uv\u011bzn\u011bni v\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9m ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edm postoji, pokud se n\u00e1m neda\u0159\u00ed \u0159\u00eddit sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed \u017eivot\u2026<strong>objev\u00ed se stres.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jsme-li v\u00a0nepohod\u011b &#8211; psychick\u00e9 \u010di fyzick\u00e9 &#8211; <strong>jsme ve stresu<\/strong> &#8211; a po \u010dase neodstran\u011bn\u00e9 nepohody tak u\u010din\u00edme prvn\u00ed kroky ke vzniku n\u011bjak\u00e9 choroby.<\/p>\n<p>Abychom dob\u0159e zvl\u00e1dali stres, je t\u0159eba:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 rozpoznat ho a ur\u010dit jeho p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 vybrat, jak\u00fdmi technikami pracovat na jeho odstran\u011bn\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>Pokud stres zn\u00e1me, a v\u00edme jak s\u00a0n\u00edm pracovat, potom m\u00e1me volbu zajistit proveden\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00edch zm\u011bn a pracovat na odstran\u011bn\u00ed stresuj\u00edc\u00edch faktor\u016f, aby se stres nep\u0159esouval jinam \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad jako \u201ekostlivec ve sk\u0159\u00edni\u201c pro dal\u0161\u00ed generace na\u0161ich potomk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk ale tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee z\u016fstat pasivn\u00ed a ignorovat pot\u0159ebu pro n\u011bj nutn\u00fdch zm\u011bn. Aby schoval s\u00e1m p\u0159ed sebou sv\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee nebo probl\u00e9my, m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt sklon neust\u00e1le pracovat, jednat nutkav\u011b (p\u0159ej\u00eddat se), hledat \u00fat\u011bchu v\u00a0alkoholu \u010di v jin\u00fdch drog\u00e1ch, sv\u00e1d\u011bt vinu na druh\u00e9 nebo okolnosti atd.<\/p>\n<p>Kineziologie n\u00e1m nab\u00edz\u00ed mnoho technik, jak zvl\u00e1dat stres, nez\u00e1visle na jeho druhu &#8211; fyzick\u00fd, emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed, psychick\u00fd &#8211; ment\u00e1ln\u00ed, duchovn\u00ed\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Jednou z\u00a0mo\u017en\u00fdch ment\u00e1ln\u00edch metod je naj\u00edt omezuj\u00edc\u00ed my\u0161lenkov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b stresu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me k\u00a0my\u0161len\u00ed zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st mozku.
