Ovliv\u0148uje na\u0161e rozhodnut\u00ed a to, nakolik jsme aktivn\u00ed. Mnoz\u00ed z n\u00e1s trp\u00ed strachem, o kter\u00e9m nev\u00edme, odkud se bere a pro\u010d se objevuje. Nezn\u00e1me p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny sv\u00e9ho strachu a nedok\u00e1\u017eeme si poradit s jeho t\u011blesn\u00fdmi projevy &#8211; jako jsou: t\u0159es rukou, pocen\u00ed, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 svalov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed, povrchn\u00ed d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, zrychlen\u00fd puls, poruchy sp\u00e1nku, z\u00fa\u017een\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 psychick\u00e1 aktivita, nebo naopak psychick\u00e1 strnulost\u2026 Strach vn\u00edm\u00e1me jako pocit t\u00edhy nebo nap\u011bt\u00ed v\u00a0t\u011ble. M\u016f\u017ee se projevit jako usp\u011bchanost, snaha schovat se v\u00fdkonnost, jako d\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e ne\u017e byt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/strach.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-677 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/strach.jpg\" alt=\"strach\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/strach.jpg 250w, https:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/strach-100x100.jpg 100w, https:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/strach-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a>Dok\u00e1\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bka \u00fapln\u011b paralyzovat a ovliv\u0148uje i jeho schopnosti \u2013 pam\u011b\u0165, v\u00fdkon, efektivitu\u2026 N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 jsou strachem dokonce tak zahlceni, \u017ee je \u00fazkost neopou\u0161t\u00ed nikdy. A n\u011bkdy to nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt ani n\u00e1sledek za\u017eit\u00e9ho traumatu.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 n\u00edzk\u00e1 sebed\u016fv\u011bra zde m\u016f\u017ee hr\u00e1t svoji roli. Jej\u00ed my\u0161lenkov\u00e9 vzorce n\u00e1m \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee nejsme dost dob\u0159\u00ed a \u017ee jist\u011b dopadneme \u0161patn\u011b. Nav\u00e1\u017eeme-li sklonem k\u00a0perfekcionizmu a sebekritick\u00fdmi my\u0161lenkami s\u00a0pesimistick\u00fdmi p\u0159edpov\u011b\u010fmi mo\u017en\u00e9 budoucnosti \u2013 potom je d\u00edlo zk\u00e1zy dokonan\u00e9. Nakro\u010d\u00edme si op\u011bt bl\u00ed\u017e sm\u011brem k\u00a0\u00fazkostn\u00e9 poru\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cast\u00fd je tak\u00e9 strach z\u00a0bolesti nebo strach, \u017ee nastane n\u011bco, co je n\u00e1m nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. Paradoxem ale b\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee pravd\u011bpodobnost vypln\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto katastrofick\u00fdch sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159\u016f je velice n\u00edzk\u00e1. V\u011bt\u0161inou n\u00e1m je p\u0159edkl\u00e1d\u00e1 mysl netr\u00e9novan\u00e1, zvykl\u00e1 myslet pov\u011bt\u0161inou negativn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Strach m\u00e1 jist\u011b sv\u00e9 opodstatn\u011bn\u00ed. Vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 povel organizmu k\u00a0boji nebo k\u00a0\u00fat\u011bku v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ohro\u017een\u00ed \u017eivota. Ov\u0161em vzhledem k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee civilizace takto p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 ohro\u017een\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eila na minimum, se pov\u011bt\u0161inou jedn\u00e1 o sign\u00e1ly z\u00a0podv\u011bdom\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou ulo\u017eeny jako vzpom\u00ednka na minul\u00e9 nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s nebr\u00e1n\u00ed, ale pouze brzd\u00ed ve vyu\u017eit\u00ed\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0t\u011bchto d\u016fvodu je dobr\u00e9 nau\u010dit se se strachem dovedn\u011b nakl\u00e1dat \u2013 aby n\u00e1m v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby dob\u0159e poslou\u017eil, ale aby n\u00e1m nevl\u00e1dl. Proto\u017ee strach nen\u00ed rozhodn\u011b dobr\u00fdm p\u00e1nem, prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159em.<\/p>\n<p>Jak se teda ke strachu postavit?<\/p>\n<p>Jako prvn\u00ed pomoc p\u0159i z\u00e1chvatu strachu rad\u00edm pou\u017e\u00edt uvoln\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bla \u0159\u00edzenou relaxac\u00ed. V z\u00e1kladu &#8211; oby\u010dejn\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed zhluboka. Hlubok\u00fd n\u00e1dech, hlubok\u00fd v\u00fddech. Soust\u0159edit se na proces \u2013 sledovat dech a opakovat tak dlouho, a\u017e z\u00e1chvat paniky pomine.<\/p>\n<p>Velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee strach nen\u00ed ni\u010d\u00edm jin\u00fdm ne\u017e stavem mysli. Pokud se v\u00e1m poda\u0159\u00ed ovl\u00e1dnout vlastn\u00ed mysl, z\u00edsk\u00e1te n\u00e1stroj, pou\u017eiteln\u00fd nejen ke zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed strachu, ale v\u00a0nevy\u010d\u00edsliteln\u00fdch situac\u00edch. Ovl\u00e1dnut\u00ed mysli je v\u00fdsledkem sebek\u00e1zn\u011b a n\u00e1vyku. Bu\u010f svou mysl ovl\u00e1d\u00e1te vy, anebo ona ovl\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Pro skute\u010dn\u00e9 a trval\u00e9 odstran\u011bn\u00ed strachu je ale pot\u0159eba pracovat na hlub\u0161\u00edch \u00farovn\u00edch. Je pot\u0159eba pracovat se spou\u0161t\u011b\u010di strachu, s\u00a0nezdrav\u00fdmi my\u0161lenkov\u00fdmi vzorci, je dobr\u00e9 poznat p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny t\u011bchto probl\u00e9m\u016f.
