Ur\u010dit\u011b budete souhlasit, \u017ee bez nich bychom byli ochuzen\u00ed o to nejpoutav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00a0pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed skute\u010dnosti, kterou m\u00e1me k\u00a0dispozici.<\/p>\n<p>Emoce jsou z\u00a0odborn\u00e9ho hlediska formou odrazu skute\u010dnosti. V emocion\u00e1ln\u00edch procesech a stavech se odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed vztah \u010dlov\u011bka k\u00a0realit\u011b, k\u00a0vlastn\u00edmu \u017eivotu, ke druh\u00fdm lidem. Vedou k ur\u010dit\u00e9mu vnit\u0159n\u00edmu pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00a0n\u00e1vaznosti na n\u011bm i ke konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmu vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/emoce.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-995 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/terapie-po-netu.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/emoce.jpg\" alt=\"emoce\" width=\"257\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a>Jde nap\u0159. o pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed radosti \u010di ho\u0159e, spokojenosti i starost\u00ed, strachu i hn\u011bvu, l\u00edtosti, l\u00e1sky i nen\u00e1visti\u2026V\u017edy vyjad\u0159uj\u00ed vztah \u010dlov\u011bka k\u00a0realit\u011b, k druh\u00fdm i k\u00a0sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu. Ukazuj\u00ed, zda je optimista nebo pesimista, zda se nau\u010dil odpou\u0161t\u011bt, p\u0159ij\u00edmat ud\u00e1losti m\u00edsto hn\u011bvu s\u00a0klidem, zda se nau\u010dil p\u0159ij\u00edmat \u2013 milovat lidi takov\u00e9, jac\u00ed jsou \u2013 m\u00edsto toho, aby trval na tom, aby mysleli, \u0159\u00edkali a d\u011blali p\u0159esn\u011b to, co si p\u0159edstavuje on s\u00e1m (to, co se hod\u00ed jeho vlastn\u00edm z\u00e1m\u011br\u016fm). Na nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farovni se nach\u00e1z\u00ed stud (pocity zahanben\u00ed, zavr\u017een\u00ed, tot\u00e1ln\u00edho poko\u0159en\u00ed &#8211; nap\u0159. u ob\u011bt\u00ed zn\u00e1siln\u011bn\u00ed). Nach\u00e1zet se trvale v tomto du\u0161evn\u00edm stavu se podob\u00e1 nesnesiteln\u00e9mu peklu. Druhou nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed emoc\u00ed je vina &#8211; a tak d\u00e1le postupujeme st\u00e1le v\u00fd\u0161. B\u00fdt smutn\u00fd je nap\u0159\u00edklad o n\u011bco v\u00fd\u0161e, ne\u017e b\u00fdt apatick\u00fd. \u010cili rozplakat se a d\u00e1t pr\u016fchod smutku je lep\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e nec\u00edtit pod apatickou vrstvou &#8222;nic&#8220;, v danou chv\u00edli to vlastn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed &#8222;na\u0161i vibraci&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm mezn\u00edkem je \u00farove\u0148 <strong>200<\/strong>. Pod n\u00ed se vyskytujeme ve sf\u00e9\u0159e p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00edch<strong> destruktivn\u00edch emoc\u00ed<\/strong>, v nich\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk pot\u0159ebuje \u010derpat energii zven\u010d\u00ed, z vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, od druh\u00fdch lid\u00ed. V t\u00e9to \u00farovni se podle Hawkinse nach\u00e1z\u00ed cca 85% populace. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b i zde jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 rozd\u00edly. \u00darove\u0148 p\u00fdchy &#8211; hrdosti (175) pr\u00fd odpov\u00edd\u00e1 mor\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edle (atmosf\u00e9\u0159e), na n\u00ed\u017e stoj\u00ed americk\u00e9 n\u00e1mo\u0159nictvo. P\u00fdcha &#8211; hrdost (\u010di emoce spojen\u00e9 s nacionalismem, patriotismem) sice nejsou \u00fapln\u011b konstruktivn\u00ed emoce, nicm\u00e9n\u011b jde st\u00e1le o pom\u011brn\u011b &#8222;kvalitn\u00ed&#8220; du\u0161evn\u00ed stav oproti \u00farovni hn\u011bvu, strachu, smutku \u010di apatie. (Proto povzbuzov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1rodnostn\u00edho c\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt pro ur\u010ditou vrstvu lid\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed dopad &#8211; nap\u0159. fandit fotbalu je lep\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e za\u017e\u00edvat ve slumu pocity zmaru a ufetovat se).<\/p>\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm momentem je okam\u017eik odvahy: odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed, nasazen\u00ed (200). To je moment, kdy se zvedneme z pohovky a jdeme vst\u0159\u00edc zm\u011bn\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e sami vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edme energii k pohybu. Nad \u00farovn\u00ed 200 p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed, <strong>konstruktivn\u00ed emoce<\/strong>, p\u0159i nich\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk sp\u00ed\u0161e energii generuje, vyza\u0159uje sm\u011brem do okol\u00ed. \u00darove\u0148 neutrality (250) odpov\u00edd\u00e1 zhruba r\u010den\u00ed &#8222;\u017e\u00edt a nechat \u017e\u00edt&#8220; a koresponduje s lad\u011bn\u00edm &#8222;\u010desk\u00e9 kotliny&#8220; oproti &#8211; dejme tomu &#8222;nacionalisti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edm&#8220; Pol\u00e1k\u016fm \u010di Slov\u00e1k\u016fm. P\u0159es \u00farovn\u011b ochoty (vst\u0159\u00edcnost, slu\u0161nost, aktivn\u00ed ochota n\u011bkomu prosp\u011bt, kter\u00e1 mo\u017en\u00e1 zase p\u0159eva\u017euje na z\u00e1pad od n\u00e1s, 310) a \u00farovn\u011b p\u0159ijet\u00ed (dejme tomu stavu hlubok\u00e9 akceptace v\u0161eho, co je &#8211; 350) se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me k \u00farovni rozumu (400), \u010dist\u00e9 inteligence. Podle Hawkinse najdeme mnoho g\u00e9ni\u016f jako Newton, Einstein, Descartes nebo Sigmund Freud pr\u00e1v\u011b na \u00farovni 499 (nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed dosa\u017eiteln\u00e1 meta racionality), proto\u017ee na \u00farovni<strong> 500<\/strong> p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed zlomov\u00fd bod. Je j\u00edm hranice pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a vyza\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed nepodm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 l\u00e1sky ke v\u0161emu, co existuje &#8211; vkro\u010den\u00ed na supra-racion\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 p\u0159\u00edstupu k \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n<p>Na \u00farovni 600 se ji\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk nach\u00e1z\u00ed ve stavu bla\u017een\u00e9ho, odpoutan\u00e9ho m\u00edru, hlubok\u00e9ho klidu (odkud se v\u0161echno d\u011bn\u00ed za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 jevit jako jedin\u00e9 v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 J\u00e1) &#8211; a \u00farove\u0148 700-1000 ozna\u010duje Hawkins jako &#8222;osv\u00edcen\u00ed&#8220;, slovy nepopsatelnou \u00farove\u0148 byt\u00ed, vyza\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed a vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Stavy pod \u00farovn\u00ed 200 Hawkins popisuje sp\u00ed\u0161e jako zalo\u017een\u00e9 na principu s\u00edly. Mysl\u00ed t\u00edm s\u00edlu ve smyslu soupe\u0159en\u00ed, konfliktu &#8211; &#8222;kdo z koho&#8220; &#8211; s\u00edlu ve smyslu d\u016frazu na brut\u00e1ln\u00ed (na ego zam\u011b\u0159enou) fyzickou s\u00edlu. S\u00edla pod \u00farovn\u00ed 200 v\u017edy vede k protireakci s\u00edly komplement\u00e1rn\u00ed. Agrese v\u017edy plod\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed agresi, nacionalisticky motivovan\u00fd \u010din vede k obdobn\u00e9 protireakci z druh\u00e9 strany (a na stejn\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 hladin\u011b). Proto Hawkins upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee politick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my zalo\u017een\u00e9 na n\u00e1siln\u00e9 (silov\u00e9) represi (drog, kriminality) nem\u016f\u017eou jevy, s kter\u00fdmi bojuj\u00ed, nikdy vym\u00fdtit, nebo\u0165 se energeticky nach\u00e1zej\u00ed na stejn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9 \u00farovni (fyzick\u00e9 represe a s\u00edly). (A proto se totalitn\u00ed re\u017eimy nakonec samy &#8222;rozlo\u017e\u00ed zevnit\u0159&#8220;).<\/p>\n<p>Nad \u00farovn\u00ed 200 p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed do \u017eivota to, co Hawkins naz\u00fdv\u00e1 jako &#8222;moc&#8220;. Moc\u00ed rozum\u00ed nadosobn\u00ed, nedu\u00e1ln\u00ed energii, spojenou se zes\u00edlenou kvalitou uv\u011bdomov\u00e1n\u00ed si a pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed pravdy. Moc d\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bku vnit\u0159n\u00ed s\u00edlu, kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00e1 na destruktivn\u00edch emoc\u00edch. Naopak mu prop\u016fj\u010duje autoritu, mravn\u00ed p\u0159evahu (nikoliv v\u0161ak moralizov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di odsuzov\u00e1n\u00ed), vnit\u0159n\u00ed oporu a legitimitu ke kon\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 utv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed daleko kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed podm\u00ednky a spole\u010denskou atmosf\u00e9ru. (G\u00e1ndh\u00ed pr\u00fd na \u00farovni 700 &#8222;zpacifikoval&#8220; anglickou arm\u00e1du na \u00farovni &#8222;pouh\u00e9&#8220; fyzick\u00e9 s\u00edly &#8211; 170).<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n&#8222;Moc versus s\u00edla&#8220; tedy znamen\u00e1, \u017ee vnit\u0159n\u00ed pravdivost (\u010dlov\u011bka, um\u011bleck\u00e9ho d\u00edla, my\u0161lenkov\u00e9ho sm\u011bru, z\u00e1m\u011bru) p\u0159evy\u0161uje sv\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinkem a trv\u00e1n\u00edm v \u010dase s\u00edlu zalo\u017eenou na fyzick\u00e9m n\u00e1sil\u00ed a sobectv\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dobrou zpr\u00e1vou pro n\u00e1s je, \u017ee se lze nau\u010dit i v\u00a0obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fdch situac\u00edch od\u017e\u00edt emoce dovedn\u011b. To znamen\u00e1 \u2013 m\u00edsto hn\u011bvu c\u00edtit pochopen\u00ed, m\u00edsto z\u00e1\u0161ti se p\u0159esm\u011brovat k\u00a0l\u00e1sce, m\u00edsto nastartov\u00e1n\u00ed posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed, pomluv a kritiky nastartovat p\u0159ijet\u00ed\u2026Jist\u011b, souhlas\u00edm s t\u00edm, \u017ee to nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9. Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 pokud m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk koleje nedovedn\u00fdch emoc\u00ed (emo\u010dn\u00edch zlozvyk\u016f) &#8211; vyjet\u00e9 roky opakov\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; hodn\u011b hlubok\u00e9. Bude to minim\u00e1ln\u011b n\u011bjakou tu dobu trvat. Ale v\u00fdsledek stoj\u00ed za to. P\u0159estanete si deformovat t\u011blo psychosomatick\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my, bude se v\u00e1m leh\u010deji a radostn\u011bji \u017e\u00edt, zlep\u0161\u00ed se va\u0161e vztahy a v\u00a0neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b porostete osobnostn\u011b i duchovn\u011b.
